Saudi Academy and Committee Participate in the 17th Edition of the International Program for Representatives of National Olympic Academies and Committees

The Saudi Olympic Academy and the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee participated in the 17th edition of the International Program for Representatives of National Olympic Academies and Committees, held under the theme “The Athlete in Society” in Olympia, Greece, the birthplace of the Olympic Movement. The program took place from May 13-19, 2024, and was organized by the International Olympic Academy. Representing the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee was HRH. Princess Reham bint Saif Al- Islam Al Saud, Executive Director of Events and Ceremonies. The Saudi Olympic Academy was represented by Ms. Al-Batool Baroom, the Academy’s CEO. This program is part of a series of annual courses provided by the International Olympic Academy. The program covers a wide range of Olympic topics, focusing on the coordination, planning, and implementation of Olympic educational projects and initiatives. It serves as a platform for dialogue, enriching knowledge, exchanging experiences, and fostering cooperation between national Olympic academies and committees. The program aims to strengthen Olympic thinking and values, promote best practices, and provide a better understanding of diverse educational programs.
