Who are we?
On the 23rd of May 2021, during the 24th General Assembly meeting of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee (SOPC), the establishment of the Saudi Olympic Academy was officially pronounced. This declaration was made by His Royal Highness, the esteemed President of SOPC, and was enacted in accordance with the executive regulations of SOPC. The Academy, operating as an independent legal entity, is committed to the promotion of education, knowledge, and the culture of Olympism. It maintains administrative and financial ties with the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee and is technically affiliated with the globally recognized International Olympic Academy (IOA).
